Dear Members,
The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organizing the MATTA FAIR®7 – 9 September 2018 at the Putra World Trade Center (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur. This will be the 46th edition of MATTA FAIR® to be held in Kuala Lumpur. The halls available for MATTA FAIR® September 2018 will comprise of Halls 1, 1M, 2, Linkway, 3, 4, 5 and 5 foyer of PWTC with 1353 booths available.
Registrations are held separately starting on different dates for the Halls as below:-

We will not accept registration should you come to register for a different Hall on the wrong date.
Selection of booths will be on balloting basis and priority, according to Registration number with full payment received by MATTA HQ Secretariat Office, Fraser Business Park, Kuala Lumpur.

Checklist for Registration:
- Duly completed Registration Form
- Full Payment (booth rental, booking fee & security deposit & GST)
- Copy of KPL/KPK License
- Bank Details for Security Deposit Refund
All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Malaysia during the registration through the period of MATTA Fair. Failure to do so will result in your registration form not being accepted. The license validity must cover through the period of the MATTA Fair® 7-9 September 2018.
Kindly pay special attention to the following salient Rules & Regulations, for your attention:-
- Exhibitors can take 1 location only in International Halls, i.e. either in Hall 1, Hall 2 or Hall 3. Similarly for Malaysia Halls, i.e. either in Hall 4 or Hall 5.
- The OFFICIAL REGISTERED NAME with MATTA Fair® must be at a minimum size of 8 inches and prominently displayed at all times at all corners and all booth sides.
- Hall 4, Hall 5 and Hall 5 Foyer are known as Malaysia Hall.
- Hall 1, 2, 3 and Linkway are known as International Hall.
- Exhibitors in Hall 3 can take up a MAXIMUM of 4 booths only.
- Unsuccessful exhibitors for Linkway will not be allocated in any other Halls.
- No helium balloons are allowed in all Halls.
- EXHIBITORS SELLING AIR TICKETS and/or THEME PARKS ENTRANCE TICKETS must provide enough space for customers to line up within their booth/space area without blocking the passageway.
- All booths MUST BE carpeted. Do not use any shade of red colour carpet as all walkway carpet will be red in colour.
- No sale of any kind of food and beverages.
All Exhibitors are requested to read and understand the updated Rules & Regulations of the MATTA Fair® 7-9 September 2018.
